Description of the business project:

The production of walnut and almond oil, which is not available in the domestic market, is an integral part of the investment project. Without reinvesting in fixed assets, the operation lifespan of the modernly equipped enterprise is anticipated to last for ten years. According to the financial analysis, it was assumed that 20% of taxes would be levied on the activity of the complex. The total investment amount, including expenses for land preparation necessary for the construction of the complex, construction of additional buildings and warehouses, and the placement of equipment, is calculated to be AZN 3,175,873. It is estimated that 75.2% of the investment amount will be financed by equity and 24.8% by debt. It is expected that 75.2% of the investment amount will be funded through equity and 24.8% by debt.
