Description of the business project:

Fabrication of the battery recycling and production company with a total area of 40–45 thousand m2 is planned as part of the project at the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park. The company’s anticipated yearly production capacity is 200,000 batteries, and its planned recycling capacity is 30,000 tons. The company’s activities include purchasing lead and plastic materials from recycling used batteries and then producing new batteries from these materials. Without reinvesting in fixed assets, the plant operation, which will be built with modern equipment, is anticipated as 5-15 years by category. The total investment cost, including land preparation that is essential for the construction of the complex, construction of additional buildings and warehouses, and equipment placement, is predicted to be 19.470.866 AZN. It is predicted that 58% of the investment amount will be financed with equity, and 42% will be financed with a debt obligation.
