Description of the business project:

Within the framework of the investment project, the construction of a sanatorium medical hotel which will operate in the context of health tourism, is planned in the Gazanbulag settlement of Goranboy district. Located in the northwestern region of Azerbaijan, this settlement will act as an alternative destination point for the Ganja-Dashkasan tourism destination. Thus, within the project’s framework, it aims to form a new health and recreation center by benefiting from the settlement’s thermal water potential. The total investment cost, including the purchase of tangible assets that are crucial to the service and the placement of equipment, is predicted to be 5,2 million AZN. It is predicted that 63,6% of the investment amount will be financed with equity, and 36,4% will be financed with a debt obligation.
