Description of the business project:

Within the framework of this investment project, the construction, and management of the TIR Park on 360-380 km of the Baku-Kazakhstan International Silk Road is planned. The park’s dimensions, which will have a capacity of 100 trucks within the framework of the project, are determined under internationally accepted standards for truck parking. The construction and management of the Cargo and Logistics Services Park, with 8 hectares and space for 100 (cargo) vehicles, is proposed. In addition to parking places, TIR Park provides customers with lodging, maintenance, loading, and unloading, among other services. It can be concluded that considering the logistics industry’s growth potential and the current situation of TIR Parks in Azerbaijan. This modern TIR Park complex meets international standards is required. The investment amount is AZN 5,100,000.
