Description of the business project:

“Agh Naftalan” LLC will be located in the “Temiz Sheher” Industrial Park of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The primary value offered by “Agh Naftalan” LLC is a new method of obtaining the bioactive fraction from Naftalan oil (including waste) patented in Azerbaijan and Eurasia, which is based on a unique diffusion distillation, and the yield of bioactive Naftalan from waste Naftalan is 30-35%. It is planned to process Naftalan oil using more advanced technology and, at the same time to recycle Naftalan oil waste. After that, it will be possible to create “white Naftalan” products used in sanatoriums, various ointments and plasters from Naftalan oil, and anti-scabies medicines for agricultural animals. The total investment cost, including expenses for constructing a production-critical system, the purchase of tangible assets, and the placement of equipment, is assumed to be AZN 3,600,000. It is estimated that 64.5% of the investment amount will be financed by equity and 35.5% by debt.
