The investment project “Naftalan Hotel & Aqua Park” project includes a business idea related to the construction of a small-scale boutique hotel and Aqua Park center with 50 rooms following the tourism potential of the city of Naftalan, one of the tourist regions of Azerbaijan and public catering activities. Without reinvesting in fixed assets, the hotel’s operation, which will be built with modern equipment, is anticipated as 50 years. The total investment cost, including the purchase of tangible assets that are crucial to the service and the placement of equipment, is predicted to be 2,7 million AZN. It is predicted that 63,6% of the investment amount will be financed with equity, and 36,4% will be financed with a debt obligation.
