Description of the business project:

The project includes constructing, selling, and renting 12 cottage type houses with 2, 3, and 4 rooms in Oghuz city. For this purpose, the high tourism potential of the Oghuz region will be used. Rental options for these houses are supposed to be daily, monthly, and weekly periods. According to the financial analysis, it was assumed that 20% of taxes would be levied on the activity of the complex. The total investment amount, including costs for constructing a service system, the purchase of intangible assets, and equipment placement, is calculated to be AZN 1,160,000. It is estimated that 71% of the investment will be financed by equity and 29% by debt.
