Description of the business project:

The “Sheki Boutique Hotel” project envisages a business concept for the major renovation of a historical building in Sheki, one of the main tourist destinations of Azerbaijan, and its operation will be as a boutique hotel. Without reinvestment in fixed assets, the process of the modernly equipped historical building as a hotel is expected to continue for ten years by category. According to the financial analysis, it was assumed that 20% of taxes would be levied on the activity of the complex. The total investment amount, including costs for constructing a system to reorganize the service, purchasing crucial tangible assets, and placing equipment, is calculated to be 730,000 AZN. It is expected that 63.6% of the investment amount will be financed by equity and 36.4% by debt.
