Description of the business project:

Within the framework of the project, the construction and management of a logistics center with a capacity of 7.5 million tons of cargo on an area of 50 hectares in the central city of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is planned. In addition to parking spaces, the logistics center offers logistics services such as accommodation, maintenance, loading and unloading, warehouse, cold storage, and customs service. Without reinvesting in fixed assets, the operation of the logistics center, which will be built with modern equipment, is anticipated as 10-50 years by category. The total investment cost, including the construction of a production-critical system, the purchase of tangible assets, and the placement of equipment, is predicted to be 9 million AZN.
