The investment project is designed as a “Solid Domestic Waste Disposal Center” that is planned to operate within the industrial parks established in the liberated territories. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to use the center for energy production and its own needs during the process of household waste disposal. It is not excluded that additional produced electricity will be transferred to the system and that the liberated territories will contribute to the energy system. According to the financial analysis, it was assumed that 20% taxes would be levied on the activity of the complex. The total investment cost, including the building of a production-critical system, the purchase of tangible assets, and equipment placement is predicted to be 1,4 million AZN.
